Cleardata is delighted to announce their success in being awarded onto the Bluelight Commercial Ltd - BLC0177 Legacy Media Digitisation Framework.
The four year framework allows UK Police Forces and Public Sector organisations to convert media and legacy data, such as VHS Media, CD, DVD, USB, Audio Cassette, Microfilm and Microfiche, into digital format.
Digitisation of legacy records helps to make evidence recording and tapes more accessible, improving data intelligence and ultimately enabling efficient police investigations.
Police Forces are able to direct award to Cleardata, due to our first place ranking, based on pricing, technical ability and social value on the following lots:-
Lot 1 - In house VHS Media Conversion with DEMS (Digital Evidence Management Solution) Integration
Lot 3 - Outsourced VHS Media Conversion with DEMS Integration
Lot 5 - Outsourced Niche Media Conversion with DEMS Integration
The business provides both in house and outsourced Legacy Media Digitisation Services and is accredited for Information Security (ISO27001:2022), Legal Admissibility (BS 10008:2020) and Cyber Essentials Plus. Staff are vetted to BS7858 standards. Cleardata also provides high volume document scanning, document storage and automated document processing services throughout the UK.
David Bryce, CEO commented “This is a great success for Cleardata and we look forward to working with Police Forces throughout the UK to digitise their legacy media. I’m delighted with our first place position on the three lots applied for, which provides a lot of opportunity for our business.”
